Each morning in the cheerful dining room, guests enjoy a lovely buffet breakfast, including fresh fruit and juices, choice of cereals, yogurt, assorted breads, bagels, and muffins, preserves, coffee and specialty teas. The cozy sitting room invites guests to relax with a good book or dream in front of a crackling fire on a crisp winters' evening. 45 Harbor Road, Cold Spring Harbor, NY - From Newark Airport: Take I-95 south to Goethals Bridge/Staten Island Expressway (Route 178 east). Take Route 278 east to the Verrazano Bridge to Shore PKWY East which becomes Belt Parkway. Take the Belt PKWY to the Southern State PKWY east. Take Southern State to Route 135 north which is exit 28A). Take 135 to Route 25 (exit 14) which is also the Jericho Turnpike. Take 25 east to Woodbury Road. Turn left and take Woodbury to Route 108 to Route 25A. Turn right and the manor is on the right, a half mile down.
